Lizard Progeny, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Incredible Florida mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

Incredible Florida is designed to function without collecting personal information from users. We do not require accounts, logins, or profiles, and we do not ask for names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal data.

While we do not collect personal data ourselves, certain information may be processed automatically by your device, operating system, or third-party services used by the App.
Advertising
This application displays advertisements using the Google AdMob advertising network. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect limited device and usage information in order to serve and measure advertisements. This information may include:

We at Incredible Florida do not receive personally identifiable information from this process. We do not access, receive, or store advertising identifiers or user profiles. App Stores and Operating Systems
Google Play and the Apple App Store may collect information such as install statistics, crash reports, and device information as part of providing their services. This data is processed by those platforms and is not controlled by us.

Permissions
The App requires internet access to display advertising and load content. It does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or other sensitive device features.
In-App Purchases
Future versions of the App may offer an optional ad-free purchase. All payments are handled entirely by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store using their respective billing systems.
We do not process payments directly and do not receive or store payment information.
Children’s Privacy
Incredible Florida is a general-audience app and is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe that personal information has been collected from a child in error, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
International Users
The App may be used by users worldwide. By using the App, you acknowledge that information may be processed by third-party services in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
